Auction Terms & Conditions Bidder agrees to comply with these Terms & Conditions as a prerequisite for the Land of Land (“Auctioneer”) to accept the Bidder's Registration and to issue a Bidder Number. The Payment Due will be the final 'hammer' price plus the internet premium (8.5%) and a $695 documentation/processing fee per auction lot won.
