Auction Terms & Conditions Bidder agrees to comply with these Terms & Conditions as a prerequisite for the Land of Land (“Auctioneer”) to accept the Bidder's Registration and to issue a Bidder Number. The Payment Due will be the final 'hammer' price plus the internet premium (8.5%) and a $695 documentation/processing fee per auction lot won. If Auctioneer agrees to accept a payment via credit card, a 3% credit card fee may be assessed. Bidder further agrees that if Bidder initiates a credit card chargeback, upon Auctioneer’s demand (1) Bidder shall withdraw such credit card chargeback and request the credit card issuer to re-credit all amounts to the account of the Auctioneer; and (2) Bidder shall be responsible for all costs and expenses, including but not limited to any attorney fees incurred by or on behalf of the Auctioneer, in challenging the credit card chargeback. BIDDER’S RESPONSIBILITY: Each bid is an irrevocable offer to purchase the assets included in the Auction Lot. Bidders are responsible for all bids made using the Bidder’s account and Bidder Number.
